ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
• Assists with adjusting the Master Production Schedule to ensure timeliness regarding scheduling issues.
• Assists with evaluating weekly MRP demands and is responsible for determining scheduling deadlines and inventory quantities.
• Responds to system MPS/MRP recommendations and adjust manufacturing schedule(s) accordingly.
• Interfaces with Supervisors and Customer Service and resolve concerns regarding schedules, orders, and special needs.
• Evaluates customer orders and solves back-order issues.
• Prepares weekly production reports and adjusts manufacturing schedule accordingly.
• Attends daily operations meeting.
• Collaborates with Supply Planners.
• Evaluates workload and provides mentoring to Supply planner I.
• Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills; preferably spreadsheets, word processing, and other applicable software programs.
• Experience with manufacturing work order on Teach Teams or Value Stream Structure.
• Demonstrated experience with tracking and reviewing reports.
