Join GlassDollar as our Account Executive and own the entire sales cycle. You'll drive revenue by taking deals from first contact to close — identifying the right accounts, running sharp discovery, building the case for change, and negotiating contracts that stick.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth and leadership to build pipeline, manage opportunities with discipline, and close deals that matter.
You'll develop your market, refine your approach, and grow your book — and when something works, you scale it.


What we´re looking for

Full-cycle closer
You manage deals from prospecting through contract signature. You know how to open a conversation and how to get it over the line.
Consultative seller
You ask the right questions, listen well, and build a compelling case around the customer's specific situation — not a generic pitch deck.
Sharp communicator
You write and speak clearly, adapt your message to the audience, and can hold a room whether it's a 14-minute intro or a 90-minute executive workshop.
Commercial instinct
You quickly qualify in or out, understand the dynamics of a deal, and know when to push and when to wait.
Disciplined pipeline manager
You keep your CRM tight, forecast accurately, and manage a multi-stage pipeline without dropping balls.
Test-and-improve mentality
You track what works across messaging, approach, and tactics — and you iterate fast.


What you`ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Your main KPI is new ARR generated.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Run discovery calls and multi-stakeholder meetings to uncover business needs and pain points
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract processes to closure
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Work closely with marketing and SDR to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment on ICP
  • Represent GlassDollar at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Organize and attend events to generate and progress pipeline opportunities
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date throughout the entire deal lifecycle
  • Capture and feed back market intelligence to inform product, positioning, and strategy
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth to refine targeting, pricing, and go-to-market approach


Requirements

  • Professional English. German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
  • 2–4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup environment
  • Confident running discovery, delivering demos, and leading commercial negotiations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and disciplined pipeline hygiene
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you adapt your message without losing clarity
  • Self-driven, structured, and able to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals independently
