At Gallagher, marketing works best when requests are handled with care, speed, and clear next steps. In this role, you’ll lead the offshore intake function for GGB Americas Marketing, making sure inbound requests are captured, reviewed, routed, fulfilled, or escalated in a consistent way.
You’ll manage a team of intake specialists who act as the front door to Marketing. Your work will help producers and business leaders connect quickly with the right marketing support, while keeping workflows clear and service standards high. How you'll make an impact
You’ll lead, coach, and support a team of offshore intake specialists, setting clear expectations for response times, accuracy, follow-through, and service quality. You’ll keep a close eye on team performance, give regular feedback, and help create a stable, engaged team culture.
You’ll own the intake process for inbound field marketing requests across GGB Americas. That means making sure requests are documented properly, prioritised fairly, and routed to the right place every time. You’ll also help the team use existing marketing assets, templates, campaigns, and tools to improve speed and consistency.
You’ll be a key decision point when requests need more judgement. That includes identifying growth opportunities, escalating complex or high-value requests with the right context, and working closely with the GGB-Americas Operations Director and other marketing partners to improve how the intake function works.
You will also help by:
- Reviewing team outputs for quality and brand alignment
- Tracking request volume, capacity, and response times
- Improving workflows, documentation, and routing rules
- Keeping communication clear and professional across teams and time zones
About you
- You’ve got 7 or more years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project management, intake management, or a similar operational role.
- You’ve managed people before, ideally in an offshore or distributed team.
- You’ve worked with high-volume request queues, service operations, or stakeholder-facing workflows.
- You’ve supported field sales teams or internal business partners before.
- You can use workflow and project tools such as Salesforce, Gallagher WIN, Workfront, Microsoft Teams, and Monday.com, or you can learn new systems quickly.
- You can explain priorities clearly, keep work moving, and follow through on commitments.
- You’re comfortable coaching others, giving feedback, and holding people accountable to agreed standards.
- You can assess incoming requests, spot what needs escalation, and decide on the best next step.
- You work well across teams and time zones, with U.S. business hour overlap.
- You pay close attention to detail and keep processes organised and consistent.
- You take a service-minded approach and help stakeholders find practical solutions.
