We’re looking for a Fleet / Workshop Administrator to join our Gisborne team.
This is a key role that keeps our fleet moving and our workshop running smoothly. You’ll coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance, acting as the link between fleet users and the workshop team. From booking jobs and tracking approvals through to keeping records accurate and up to date, you’ll help make sure our vehicles are safe, compliant and ready to go.
It’s a role for someone who likes variety, stays organised under pressure, and takes pride in getting the detail right. Good Work here means keeping things moving, communicating clearly, and backing the team every day.
Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance with the workshop team and fleet users.
Book jobs accurately, track approvals, and keep customers informed on progress and timeframes.
Maintain accurate records across servicing, compliance, repairs and maintenance activity.
Support a safe, compliant workplace by following work instructions and embracing our Living Safely approach.
Help deliver a great experience by meeting customer expectations and keeping vehicles available for service.

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administration, fleet or workshop support role.
Full Class 1 driver licence and confidence using Microsoft Office and computerised maintenance systems.
Strong organisation skills, sound administrative capability and high attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Technically minded, team-focused style and a real commitment to safety, accuracy and doing Good Work.
