As a Collections Analyst 4 within our NA and Federal Collections Team, you will build strategic relationships with customers and internal partners, analyze data to support informed decision-making, develop automation opportunities, and drive process improvements that strengthen team performance. You will serve as a trusted partner to the manager and as a subject matter expert for the team.

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for independently analyzing and managing high-value, high-risk customer accounts. The role engages directly with key customer contacts, resolves complex issues, and represents the organization in negotiations. It contributes to complex projects, applies advanced subject matter expertise, strengthens internal and external relationships, and provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees.

Responsibilities
• Acts as a subject matter expert for local and non-local teams by supporting decision-making, providing recommendations, and helping drive alignment across the organization.

• Leads and supports initiatives, automation opportunities, and process improvements that strengthen the Channels and Federal Collections teams.

• Manages high-value, high-risk Channels and Federal accounts while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Exercises autonomous judgment in managing accounts with significant financial exposure and risk, resolving complex issues independently, serving as an escalation point for junior team members, and negotiating or escalating high-risk matters with internal partners and customer contacts.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads and contributes to complex projects, and uses independent judgment to resolve business issues and support policy or process improvements.
• Builds productive internal and external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees as needed.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in collections, credit, banking, finance, or a related field.

• Financial and data analysis

• AI fluency and automation mindset

• Finance systems, financial statements, and SQL
• Effective Communication
