Position Summary

The Psychological Support Admin provides vital support to our clinical team by facilitating the psychological evaluation process. This position is responsible for data entry, quality assurance, test scoring, and administrative support, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and timely, accurate service to clients.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Observe psychological test administrations to gain familiarity with assessment tools (cognitive, achievement, personality, etc.).
  • Enter test data into the electronic medical record system.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on completed psychological evaluation reports.
  • Administer and score assessments as a technician (based on training level).
  • Email assessments from various testing platforms to clients.
  • Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the Psychological Support Manager to support daily operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and responsibility as an extension of the clinical team.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with computer systems or data entry preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and client confidentiality.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in both in-person and virtual settings.
