Role Title: National Commercial Excellence Executive

About the role

This role will be part of capability building for Urban and Rural sales teams by designing scalable learning infrastructure, driving LMS compliance, developing and localising field-relevant content, and managing training/vendor partners. The role will also track learning adoption and capability performance across on-roll and off-roll teams to strengthen execution readiness and improve field effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities

Build and strengthen the capability infrastructure for Urban and Rural team members to support consistent field execution and capability development.

Ensure timely completion, adoption and compliance of learning modules across relevant participant groups.

Lead content development and coordinate translations/localisation of training content to address the needs of diverse Urban and Rural participants.

Build and manage a strong network of external vendors and partners to provide the required training, LMS and execution support.

Drive optimum vendor management to ensure smooth execution of LMS, training interventions and other capability-related initiatives.

Analyse and manage capability performance for on-roll and off-roll team members, using learning data and field inputs to track progress and improve outcomes.

Why you?

To succeed in this role, you bring strong FMCG field experience, preferably with a GT TSE or Rural TSE stint, along with proven capability-building and vendor management exposure. You are comfortable developing practical learning content, working with diverse field teams, managing LMS/training partners, analysing capability data and influencing stakeholders to drive learning adoption, compliance and performance improvement.

Strong understanding of FMCG field sales execution, especially General Trade and Rural sales environments.

Ability to translate field capability needs into structured learning content, modules and scalable training interventions.

Strong vendor management skills, including partner identification, coordination, execution tracking and governance.

Comfortable working with LMS platforms, learning compliance dashboards and capability performance data.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and execution skills, with the ability to work across Urban, Rural and cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications:

Graduate degree required; MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience in the FMCG industry.

Prior GT TSE or Rural TSE stint is mandatory.

Mandatory experience in vendor management, including managing training, LMS or capability-related partners.

Experience in capability building, content development, learning module deployment and learning compliance tracking.

Regional Customer Marketing, Comex or Capability stint is desirable.
