### Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in:
* IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting
* Application onboarding and integration of business applications with IAM systems
5+ years of experience in:
* Designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
* Enforcing Separation of Duties (SoD) and designing certification campaigns
* Managing centralized Identity Providers (IdP)
* Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols
