Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a SAP OpenText VIM Consultant based in Taguig City.
Salary Range: Up to ₱90,000
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift Schedule: Day Shift (8 AM - 6 PM)
Location: Taguig City
Your Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions integrated with SAP.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Design, build, test, and deploy VIM enhancements and process improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to invoice processing, workflow, approvals, and integrations.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions to recurring issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP FI/AP, Basis, ABAP, and business users.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, testing activities, and production support.

Prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documents, and user guides.

Support end users during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.

Ensure solutions follow SAP and organizational best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of extensive hands-on experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and OpenText VIM.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText VIM, including configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support.
- Experience with SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes and invoice lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to SAP FI/AP, SAP Workflow, and SAP S/4HANA environments is an advantage.
- Experience in ABAP debugging, process automation, optimization initiatives, and Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.
