Für unser Team an unserem Standort in Münster suchen wir dich in Teil- oder Vollzeit (20-40 Std./Woche) als Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d) Pharma.
Das bewegst Du bei uns
- Prüfung und Bearbeitung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente (z.B. Abweichungen, OOS-Ergebnisse, Qualifizierungsdokumente, Standardarbeitsanweisungen, Change Control, Technical Agreements)
- Lieferantenqualifizierungen
- Abarbeitung von CAPA-Maßnahmen
- Verwaltung und Überwachung der Prüfmittel
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Kundenaudits
- Unterstützung des GMP-Qualitätsmanagement in Projekten, z.B. bei der GMP-konformen Einführung eines eQMS
Das bringst Du mit
- abgeschlossenen Studium, z.B. Pharmazie oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung und/oder Weiterqualifikationen
- erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Qualitätssicherung und/oder -kontrolle sowie im GMP-Umfeld wünschenswert
- gute Kenntnisse im Bereich GMP-konformer Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, sowie
einschlägiger Normen und Vorschriften des Arbeitsbereiches (EU-GMP-Leitfaden, AMWHV, AMG) - Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen im GMP-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Zuverlässigkeit sowie stark ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
- Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeit
- fachkundige Deutschkenntnisse, sowohl im sozialen als auch im beruflichen Gebrauch (mind. C1-Niveau in Sprache und Schrift)
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Austausch
