Quality Control Manager

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Micro Testing

• Conduct Micro limit test, growth promotion test, environmental monitoring and method suitability
• To support receiving finished goods samples and test plan
• To perform daily verification for equipment and record accordingly.
• Reagent inventory control with MSDS and Media preparation
• To ensure the OOS procedure is strictly followed and compliance.
• To ensure that equipment maintenance as per SOP.
• Maintaining good condition of the laboratory, and that the laboratory reflects a high standard of housekeeping.
• To ensure that Good Laboratory Practice is strictly adhered to at all the time.
• Follow 5S in lab activities to keep it clean and arranged Test record management (print out, filing, labeling)

2.  Data Integrity

• Follow ALCOA principal for lab activities

3.  GMP and SHE (Safety Health and Environmental) compliance.

• Ensure GMP and SHE requirements are adhered at all the time
• To ensure workstation are clean and orderly

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications:

• Micro lab experience including micro limit test minimum 1-3 years
• Knowledge/experience of GMP, Quality Systems, QA/QC compliance & Korea regulation
• Good communication skill with people
