PerformanceIQ Service Manager

Job summary: 

Lead and manage PerformanceIQ® Services projects from a production process perspective, focusing on identifying new sales opportunities and generating long-term service contracts. This role connects technical expertise, commercial strategy, and service execution to convert opportunities into direct sales and profitable new service contracts. 

Responsibilities:

Manage the technical execution of the PerformanceIQ® Services with focus en potential sales and contracts enabling.

-This role bridges technical expertise, commercial strategy, and service execution to convert opportunities into profitable service contracts.

- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of process information to identify opportunities that drive sales of equipment and/or solutions within the FLS product line or value propositions related to the generation of consignment contracts or long-term services.  
- Provide technical support across other areas as required by the organization.  
- Facilitate the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, promoting the standardization of area processes and collaborative work with the rest of the organization.  
- Provide technical support to clients on matters related to laboratory testing and/or metallurgical processes associated with specific projects.  
- Conduct on-site technical audits, including reviewing and identifying opportunities for improvement related to FLS equipment, considering the analysis of process data where they are operating and reviewing information gathered through interviews with relevant operational personnel.  
- Provide occasional support in the Commissioning of FLS Equipment on process-related matters.  
- Promote a culture of safety and self-care, both at a personal level, within the team, and throughout the company, involving our stakeholders who may be affected by our activities, complying with established standards, policies, and requirements; actively participating in the activities scheduled in the annual HSEQA plans and programs; reporting any incident, near-miss, unsafe act, or condition that occurs, and if required, ensuring active participation in an investigation.

- The position is associated with a Technical Manager role, requiring expertise not only in Process Engineering but also in Reliability.

Requirements:

- 15+ years experience in mining: process plants, equipment, or services with at least 5 years experience in Plant Operation.

 - Experience in metallurgical testing at laboratory and pilot scale.
- Knowledge of mining equipment for comminution, classification, separation, and others.
- Management and analysis of metallurgical process data (preferably with the use of statistical data analysis tools).

- English (Advance)

- Being able to travel to customer sites to conduct client visits, present proposals, and deliver final diagnostic reports and solution recommendations.

Experience in at least one of the following:
-Technical sales
-Service proposals
-Equipment or process engineering
-Consulting or optimization services
