Senior Manager - RGM Capability

Overview

At PepsiCo UK, we are transforming how we drive growth through data, advanced analytics, and best-in-class Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities. RGM 3.0 is a critical enabler of this journey—empowering smarter, faster, and more holistic commercial decision-making.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the adoption, embedment, and value realization of RGM 3.0 across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM. This role sits at the heart of our transformation, ensuring advanced decision science is translated into clear business actions that deliver measurable impact.

You will play a key role in building long-term organisational capability, embedding RGM thinking into core processes, and bridging the gap between analytics and business outcomes to unlock sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Drive RGM 3.0 Adoption & Embedment

• Lead the end-to-end deployment and adoption of RGM 3.0 across UK functions.
• Embed analytics-driven insights into key operational processes including pricing, promotions, trade investment, and assortment decisions.
• Define, track, and continuously improve adoption metrics and engagement.

Own Value Creation & Impact

• Act as the UK single point of accountability for value delivery from RGM 3.0.
• Define, measure, and track value creation across revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with RGM, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to translate insights into in-market actions.
• Ensure analytics solutions are aligned with real commercial needs and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement by feeding business insights back into tool and capability development.

Performance Measurement & Governance Lead

• Design account level performance reports that drive monthly visibility across key RGM levers
• Lead Price & Promo performance reporting in key governance forums like MBRs and QBRs.
• Convert RGM 3.0 outputs into Executive level dashboards the enable agile decision making.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and effectiveness of RGM 3.0.

Build Best-in-Class RGM Capability

• Lead capability assessments to diagnose market maturity, gaps, and opportunities.

• Partner with International RGM to build capability playbooks that make PepsiCo UK a best-in-class market for end-to-end RGM capability.
• Partner with Global S&T to support strengthening of broader commercial capabilities digital ecosystem.
• Lead capability-building initiatives and trainings to upskill cross-functional teams in RGM principles, tools, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Previous RGM/Consultancy experience or Commercial Strategy with a good understanding of RGM foundations, processes, tools, and ways of working.

• Strong understanding of Pricing & Promotions, particularly within an Organized Trade environment.

• Experience in transformation programmes or capability-building initiatives is highly desirable.  Comfortable building learning & training tools and content with ability to present at various levels of the organisation, ability to deliver trainings.

• Exposure to advanced analytics, pricing/promo optimisation tools, or decision-support platforms is a plus.

• Program Leadership: Ability to manage complex, multi-functional transformation initiatives.

• Successful adoption and embedment of RGM 3.0 into key operational processes across the UK business.
• Clear and measurable value creation (revenue, profit, and efficiency improvements) driven by RGM 3.0.
• Strong partnership and integration with Global S&T and International RGM teams to lead continuous feedback and improvement of toolkit.
• Establishment of PepsiCo UK as a best-in-class market for end-to-end RGM capability.
• High levels of engagement, capability, and confidence across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM teams.
