M21 - Project Manager

Responsibilities

Drive Product Success by Bringing Products to Users

• Understand business processes and partner with relevant stakeholders—including Solution Architects, Software Developers, and end users—to gather requirements, design systems, and support application development and maintenance.
• Partner with the Product Manager to facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Technical, Solution, and Enterprise Architects to ensure applications are robust, scalable, and aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Design high-quality, functional solutions that deliver an excellent user experience.
• Track and manage application development and maintenance activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and support comprehensive system, user acceptance, and security testing prior to production release.
• Plan and execute user education and adoption initiatives following product launches.
• Provide post-release product support and collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Monitor application performance in production and work with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in building and delivering digital products.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience working within cross-functional product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, meeting minutes, and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous, organised, and able to drive tasks through to completion.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Preferred

• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to application design and development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Balsamiq.
