About the role

As a Sales Business Developer at Orange Business, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Italian market. You will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Your strategic mindset and proactive approach will help you navigate a dynamic market landscape, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals. This role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact on our growth while developing your expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, and market analysis.

 

 

About you

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Business Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of proven success in selling complex deals within multinational or large national organizations. You hold a bachelor’s degree and are fluent in both Italian and English.

 

Your expertise includes strong technical proficiency with CRM tools, advanced sales techniques, and market analysis, alongside a broad understanding of ICT strategy and digital transformation.

 

You are a confident and persuasive communicator who excels at opening doors and forging strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders. With a genuine eagerness to understand your customers’ business goals and strategies, you speak their language and position yourself as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and compelling storytelling. 

 

Your leadership and entrepreneurial spirit enable you to manage and delegate effectively, while your skills in sales forecasting and pipeline development consistently drive results.

 

You are adept at crafting and executing robust strategies and account plans. As a decisive and collaborative team player, you embrace flexibility, including travel, to engage directly with customers and deliver exceptional service.
