Job Description

We're looking for a Business Analyst to act as the CX3 subject matter expert, our core screening platform, helping identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system usage and maximise the value of the platform.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, recommend practical solutions and, where system changes are required, define clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to support successful delivery and prioritisation of enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the CX3 subject matter expert for Reed Screening.
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
  • Support testing, implementation and adoption of system changes.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Support client implementations, tenders and complex system queries.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Business Analyst or similar
  • Knowledge of software development and API integration is highly advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting system improvements and business change initiatives.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Visio.
  • A proactive, analytical and solutions-focused approach.
