Are you a hands-on Site Supervisor with a proven track record in construction? We are looking for a practical leader to oversee daily site ops and ensure every cable and strand meets spec. If you have 2-4 years of experience and are ready to hit the ground running, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Field: Oversee daily site operations and manage general workers to hit productivity targets.
• Technical Oversight: Specifically monitor post-tensioning works for compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Safety First: Enforce site safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
• Documentation: Maintain daily site records and report progress to the Project Engineer.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years in construction projects (Post-tensioning experience is a major plus).
• Education: SPM / Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Mobility: Own transport (i.e. motorcycle) is required.
• Willing to relocate based on project / site requirement.
