Chef De Partie – Award-Winning Luxury Boutique Hotel

With ambitious plans for a new dining concept launching later this year and a clear focus on achieving a third AA Rosette, this role offers the chance to be part of an exciting culinary journey while developing your skills alongside an experienced team.

Key Benefits:

• £33,000 per annum plus £200 to £300 service charge per month

About the Role:

As a Chef De Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in maintaining the high standards expected across the kitchen operation. Working within a close-knit brigade of five chefs, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop your skills, and support the delivery of exceptional food experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Running and organising your designated section during service
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to consistently high standards
• Supporting senior chefs with menu development and new dish creation
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie ready for progression
• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality cooking
• Experience within a 2 to 3 rosette-level background, fine dining or premium hospitality environments preferred
