Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address various challenges and meet organizational goals. This role requires engaging in diverse engineering tasks, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and overseeing technical aspects to ensure project success. The position demands a practical approach combined with scientific and socio-economic understanding to deliver well-rounded engineering outcomes. Collaboration across multiple disciplines and continuous problem-solving are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the advancement of engineering projects within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and technical decisions to support knowledge sharing.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 3D Designing.
- Strong understanding of structural and stress design principles.
- Experience with configuration and technical management processes.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to engineering challenges.
- Skilled in problem-solving and developing practical engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with qualification procedures and standards in engineering projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in 3D Designing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
