Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting callers with scheduling inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately using scheduling software or systems.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars and records.
- Perform basic data entry tasks, including inputting client information into databases or electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other departments to coordinate appointments.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing calls as appropriate.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training a plus.
- Proven experience in scheduling, data entry, or administrative roles preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
