Description
Position Summary
Provide donor-funded procurement advisory services, procurement strategy, solicitation development, evaluations, training, contract management, and policy support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years international donor-funded procurement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical services in accordance with MCC requirements
• Support international donor-funded procurements
• Prepare reports, training materials, and recommendations
• Travel internationally as required
• Ensure compliance, quality, and stakeholder engagement
