For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Data Project Manager
- Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional digital initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategies and technical delivery streams across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Skilled in translating business questions and requirements into data and analytics solutions, bridging the gap between non-technical teams and data/engineering functions.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business audiences and capture business intent for technical teams.
- Ability to design and facilitate working forums, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing sessions that promote data project management best practices across business and data functions.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean project methodologies, applied to data and analytics project delivery in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of data architecture concepts, particularly semantic layer design, and hands-on exposure to Data & Analytics projects is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English (B2) and Portuguese (C1)
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week, based in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
