Descripción del Puesto:

Actualmente buscamos un(a) Technical Support Analyst L1 Microsoft Cloud Platforms, una posición orientada a profesionales con pasión por la tecnología, enfoque en el servicio al cliente y gusto por el aprendizaje continuo.

Esta posición brinda soporte técnico especializado sobre plataformas Microsoft Azure y Microsoft 365, colaborando directamente con administradores de infraestructura y entornos cloud empresariales. A diferencia de un soporte tradicional de mesa de ayuda, este rol se enfoca en la administración, diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de 1er nivel relacionadas con servicios Microsoft Cloud.

Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico Nivel 1 para tecnologías Microsoft Azure y Microsoft 365.

  • Atender, investigar y dar seguimiento a incidencias reportadas por clientes empresariales mediante herramientas de gestión de tickets, correo electrónico y sesiones remotas.

  • Diagnosticar problemas relacionados con identidad, acceso, licenciamiento, administración de servicios cloud y configuraciones de plataforma.

  • Recopilar información técnica, documentar hallazgos y colaborar con equipos de Nivel 2 para la resolución de casos complejos.

  • Escalar incidentes a fabricantes cuando sea necesario, asegurando la correcta documentación y seguimiento.

  • Participar activamente en programas de capacitación y desarrollo técnico sobre tecnologías Microsoft.

  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de soporte y atención a clientes.

  • Mantener altos estándares de experiencia al cliente mediante una comunicación efectiva y orientación al servicio.

Conocimientos y Experiencia:

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Comunicaciones y Electrónica o carrera afín.

  • 2 años de experiencia en soporte técnico, administración de plataformas Microsoft, servicios cloud o atención de incidentes técnicos.

  • Experiencia brindando soporte a clientes empresariales mediante herramientas de gestión de tickets, correo electrónico y sesiones remotas.

  • Conocimientos intermedios en Microsoft Azure, incluyendo Azure Portal, Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Machines, Resource Groups, Subscription Management, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Service Health, Virtual Networks y control de accesos mediante RBAC.

  • Conocimientos intermedios en Microsoft 365, incluyendo Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams Administration, MFA, licenciamiento, Shared Mailboxes, Distribution Groups y conceptos de Security & Compliance.

  • Conocimientos básicos -intermedios de redes, virtualización y servicios de infraestructura en la nube.

  • Inglés intermedio para interactuar con clientes y consultar documentación técnica.

  • Deseable contar con certificaciones Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900 o SC-900, o experiencia equivalente administrando plataformas Microsoft Cloud

  • Capacidad analítica, orientación al cliente, habilidades de comunicación efectiva y una fuerte motivación por el aprendizaje continuo y la actualización tecnológica.
