YourCode Recruitment is partnering with an innovative, internationally recognised B2B SaaS organisation to recruit an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead marketing performance and pipeline growth across North America.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results through data-driven campaigns, digital acquisition and marketing performance optimisation.
Although based in North America, this position will have genuine global influence, owning paid demand generation activity across the US, Canada, Europe and APAC while partnering closely with senior sales leadership to accelerate revenue growth.

The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional marketing role.
You'll take ownership of demand generation strategy, campaign optimisation and marketing performance, helping shape commercial growth through highly targeted digital marketing initiatives.
Working closely with Sales, you'll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, improving campaign performance and ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
You'll enjoy significant autonomy while collaborating with colleagues across North America, the UK and Australia.
Key Responsibilities

Own global Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads strategy, execution and optimisation.

Develop high-performing paid acquisition campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth.

Build audience segmentation, targeting and nurturing strategies.

Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.

Track key marketing metrics including CPL, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Produce insightful reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.

Partner closely with the North American Sales team to support pipeline generation.

Deliver regional marketing campaigns across the US and Canada.

Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives for strategic target accounts.

Coordinate conferences, webinars and customer engagement activities.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends and demand generation opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with exceptional digital marketing expertise.
You'll ideally bring:

5+ years' experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.

Proven success managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, marketing funnels and pipeline reporting.

Experience measuring campaign ROI and using data to optimise performance.

Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

A commercial mindset with a passion for generating revenue rather than simply delivering marketing activity.
Highly Desirable

HubSpot experience.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

SaaS, EdTech or Higher Education sector experience.

Webinar, event or partner marketing experience.
