Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and customer solutions.
- Lead beverage application projects from concept development through commercialization, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Develop and present innovative beverage solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
- Provide technical support across pilot trials, scale-up, and industrial production.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions to customers.
- Leverage new technologies, tools, and innovation platforms to enhance application performance and win rates.
- Manage project pipelines effectively while continuously building market, technical, and customer insights.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Min. BS degree in food science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food fermentation, flavor or related disciplines. Master or PhD is preferred.
- Min. 5 years’ experience in food, beverage, ingredient or flavor
- Superior sensory perception to sweet, acid, bitterness, and flavor profile etc.
