Overview

In Publicis Production Hub - Colombia, we are seeking an expert team of Copys. We are seeking for a team of Copywriters with experience in advertising and marketing agencies. The mission will focus on leading the creation of content strategies and advertising campaigns, ensuring that all messages are innovative, aligned with the brand's essence, and meet business objectives.. Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and creative writing of content for advertising campaigns, presentations, and other media, adapted to the execution medium.
• Develop creative solutions based on insights, tensions, and findings that align with the brand's essence and business objectives.
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise and guide junior and mid-level Copywriters, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure all texts and content meet quality standards and objectives for assigned accounts.
• Stay updated with market trends, industry changes, and best practices in copywriting to contribute to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures, both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others.
• Ability to conduct research and analyze information.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and communication strategies.
• Advanced ability to conduct research and analyze information.
• Familiarity with text editing tools and collaboration software (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office) related to the field.
• Advance level in English (B2-C1).
• A robust portfolio.
