Description
Our client, an renowned international consulting company, is looking for an experienced Actuary to support the Benelux consulting team.
He/she will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Supporting and engaging with clients by leading projects in all aspects of actuarial work including Pricing, Model Development, Capital Management, Reserving and Reporting.
- Working on the development of the business and building client relations.
- Leading project teams, managing the work of other team members, reviewing the quality and progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the client.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s intellectual capital including plans for taking this to market.
- Leveraging knowledge through training, development and mentoring of other colleagues within the company.
Profile
- Actuarial consulting and/or relevant technical and managerial experience.
- 5+years of relevant working experience in Belgian (non-)life insurance, risk and/or balance sheet management.
- Actuarial or technical studies background.
- Fellow of the IA|BE or a similar association.
- Energetic, intelligent and self-motivated.
- Entrepreneurial, able to maintain and develop client relations.
- Effective communication skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, French is a plus.
