Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a compassionate and motivated new graduate RN eager to develop your clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care.
Education, Licensures & Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Active or pending RN license in Illinois
- BLS certification required
Experience:
- New graduate RNs encouraged to apply (no experience required)
- Strong interest in evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented patient-centered environment
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across various hospital units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and document care accurately.
