Qualification Requirements:
- Graduate level engineering student
- Solid knowledge of climate data, climate modelling and applications for engineering problems, comfortable with Python and Matlab
Required duties:
- Preprocessing of climate data from global and regional climate models, relevant for the engineering case studies that will be included in the assignments and term project
- Developing matlab/python scripts for extraction of relevant data from climate model output repositories
- Answer students’ questions related to the analysis of climate model outputs and related coding, and/or engineering adaptation tools
