KS1094 - Full-Time PA/HM - Palos Verdes Estates, CA

Overview

A couple moving into a new home in Palos Verdes Estates are seeking a full-time PA/HM.  They just purchased the home, and the move will happen gradually, so this role will hit the ground running!  In addition to the couple, their 92-year-old mom also lives with them, along with two cats and a dog.  The position is Monday through Friday, with flexibility.  Success in this role requires a “no task too big or too small” mentality.  The couple is ready to hire immediately once they find the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day tasks with the home and personal lives
• Dealing with everyday vendors and ongoing management of the new home
• Dealing with contractors
• Overseeing remodel projects
• Creating house manuals
• Logistics of the move
• Managing domestic staff, housekeepers, and gardeners
• Knowledge of tech and smart home systems such as Crestron, Lutron, and Apple Home
• Running errands
• Walking the dog or taking her to doggie daycare
• Family has 2 cats and a dog, so must not be allergic and be pet-friendly
• Sportfishing boat

Requirements

• Legal to work in the US
• Prior house management experience
• Must be tech-savvy
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus
