  • Coordinate responses to regulatory inspections, notices, and enforcement matters in partnership with Legal and site leadership.
  • Establish minimum EHS requirements for new facilities, expansions, equipment, processes, and acquisitions.
  • Promote consistent employee training, awareness, engagement, and accountability for EHS performance.
  • Provide regular EHS performance updates and risk assessments to executive management.
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-year EHS improvement plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish appropriate governance, escalation, and accountability when sites are not meeting EHS objectives or compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of applicable environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global EHS policies, standards, management systems, and governance processes.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, compliance reviews, and corrective-action programs.
