- Do you have proven B2B sales experience and a track record of hitting quota?
- Have you sold IT, software, telecom, or other technical/B2B services before?
- Are you a natural hunter who's energized by cold outreach and new business, not just managing existing accounts?

You'll spend your days prospecting new accounts, running discovery calls, and partnering with our engineers to scope and close managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity deals for growing businesses across our region.
What You'll Need:
Required:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience, ideally selling IT, SaaS, telecom, or other technical/managed services.
- A demonstrated track record of generating and closing net-new business, not solely account management.
- Strong consultative selling skills the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical buyers.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a sharp customer-service instinct.
- Comfortable with cold outreach calls, email, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel to client sites across NJ, NY.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships or a book of business among NJ/NY/PA/DE small and mid-sized businesses.
- Familiarity with managed services offerings cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, networking, or VoIP.
- Experience with a CRM or tool HubSpot.
- Existing relationships with ISP’s, ERP Sales Rep or Microsoft or other technology vendor partners.
Compensation & How to Apply
Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $90,000–$130,000+ in year one.
Schedule: Hybrid based out of our Wood-Ridge, NJ office, with regular travel to prospective and existing client sites across NJ, NY.
