This Product Manager will lead a delivery team focused on reimagining and enhancing the Salesforce experience for Fidelity Institutional’s distribution, relationship management, and specialist teams. As the Product Manager, you blend the ability to align business needs and technology with a passion for delivering results. You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” through ongoing roadmap planning, prioritization, and management of the product backlog.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in product leadership, management, product development, or strategy
- Ability to define and evolve the Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, leveraging stakeholder input, customer feedback, and data insights to prioritize capabilities that drive business outcomes
- Ability to use customer feedback, business insights, and user adoption trends to evaluate product performance and identify enhancement opportunities
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage the product backlog
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence decision making across business and technology organizations in a complex stakeholder environment
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams while influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive informed decisions
- Experience leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems and deliver measurable business value.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Fidelity Institutional (FI) leverages Salesforce as its enterprise CRM platform and as a critical enabler of the associate experience across sales, relationship management, consulting, and client service organizations. As FI continues to invest in Salesforce as a strategic capability, this team plays a central role in defining the future of advisor and client engagement. Product Managers on this team partner across business and technology organizations to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
