Product Development & Material Expertise

  • Maximize material performance: Recommend advanced materials based on application criteria, review complex specifications and ensure absolute alignment between customer needs and GT technology.
  • Drive quality control: Use baseline material data to evaluate and disposition flagged material batches, safeguarding internal quality standards.
  • Optimize production designs: Review and approve Engineering drawings for production, ensuring optimal model accuracy, comprehensive documentation, and alignment with drafting standards.
  • Lead complex Engineering analysis: Conduct advanced design analysis on components and assemblies, pushing the boundaries of current product, material, and manufacturing capabilities.

Innovation, Project Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Spearhead strategic projects: Lead critical technical and business initiatives, leveraging the cross-functional network to drive execution across diverse Engineering and Business teams.
  • Champion continuous innovation: Identify and propose new technology extensions and process improvements to expand GT's market capabilities.
  • Validate product excellence: Define robust qualification, testing, and validation methods for finished products, and author customer-facing technical reports.
