Go to Market at Innovaccer
Our GTM team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem. We are the tip of the spear that leads the organization externally. We care deeply about our customers and want to resolve their challenges with our solutions. If this excites you, let's chat about how you can help us tell our special story.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate – Marketing Operations, you will be the reporting and analytics backbone of Innovaccer’s marketing organization. This is a hands-on, data-first role: you will own the dashboards, models, and recurring reporting that tell us what is working across the funnel, and you will build them with Power BI, Excel, and Claude Code. You will work directly with marketing leadership and functional leads — campaigns, category and product marketing, SDR, and RevOps — to make sure every number we report is accurate, reconciled, and decision-ready. If you enjoy turning messy, multi-source GTM data into clean numbers people trust — and automating the work so it never has to be done twice — this role is built for you.
A Day in the Life
- Own Innovaccer’s marketing reporting stack — build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering funnel performance, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, channel efficiency, and content engagement
- Run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence, turning Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign data into a single source of truth that leadership actually uses
- Build and maintain analytical models in Excel — conversion and cohort analysis, source-of-pipeline attribution, budget versus spend tracking, and campaign diagnostics
- Use Claude Code to automate recurring data pulls, reconciliations, and report generation — replacing manual spreadsheet work with repeatable, documented scripts
- Own data hygiene and metric definitions across systems — lead lifecycle stages, UTM taxonomy, source mapping — so numbers reconcile across marketing, SDR, and sales views
- Instrument goals and OKRs with functional marketing leaders, and track progress against them with clear, self-serve reporting
- Support quarterly planning, business reviews, and QBRs with the analysis, charts, and written narrative that go in front of senior leadership
- Investigate anomalies — why MQLs dropped, why a channel’s conversion slipped, why two reports disagree — and come back with answers, not just charts
- Document and productize your work so dashboards, models, and refreshes run reliably without you in the loop
