Are you a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, a welcoming school in Hillingdon is looking for a talented Year 1 Teacher to join their team!
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage into Key Stage 1. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher who is committed to creating a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment.
The successful Year 1 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, planning creative activities and ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential. As a Year 1 Teacher, you will need strong classroom management skills, a patient approach and the ability to adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
The school is looking for a Year 1 Teacher who can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning. The ideal Year 1 Teacher will be passionate about helping young learners develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.
What you need for this Year 1 Teacher role:
- A UK recognised QTS at Primary School level.
- Have gone to a top 30 UK University
- Previous experience working as a teacher
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Be able to build rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
