As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you’ll play a central role in an agile Scrum team and actively help shape the further development of our software platform. You will analyze and prioritize new requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and manage the product backlog. In doing so, you will work closely with development teams and stakeholders, ensure transparency regarding priorities, and help successfully bring innovative product ideas to life.

Your mission

As part of an agile Scrum team, you will take on the role of Product Owner in the development and maintenance of our generic software platform. Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

• Evaluating and preparing new requirements
• Creating user stories based on the requirements
• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog
• Collaborating within our product guild
• Sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Managing stakeholder expectations

Your profile

• A degree in IT or comparable professional training
• Experience as a Product Owner in a technically demanding environment
• Experience working with agile Scrum teams
• A high degree of personal responsibility and commitment to quality
• Very good German and good English skills (C1 level)
