The Texas Roadhouse College Summer Internship Program gives rising seniors the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and explore potential career paths across areas like Finance, People, IT, Legal, International, Marketing, Training, and more.

*This is an on-site position located at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky

Your Recipe for Success

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a BS/BA degree
• Rising senior with at least 90 credit hours completed
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Must be 21 years of age by the start of the program
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week
• No previous experience required. Just bring your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn!

What’s On Your Plate

• Partner and collaborate with department leaders on meaningful, real-world work
• Research topics and projects related to your assigned department
• Gain hands-on experience while exploring career opportunities in your field
• Develop an internship project and present it to the Leadership Team
• Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and fellow interns
• Participate in activities and events that bring the Texas Roadhouse culture and Core Values to life
• Jump into additional projects and opportunities throughout the summer
