Frontend (React)
- Develop modern, responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Create reusable component libraries that follow UI/UX and accessibility standards
- Integrate APIs securely and efficiently, including authentication, authorization, and error handling
- Improve frontend performance and the overall user experience
- Develop unit and integration tests for frontend components
Engineering & Delivery
- Apply CI/CD best practices with tools such as GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Champion test-driven development and automated testing
- Contribute to code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Work with DevOps, QA, and platform teams to enable reliable deployments
- Support production systems and assist with incident resolution when required
Required Qualifications:
Essential Technical Skills
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core
- Proven experience building micro-frontends (MFEs) with React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP fundamentals, and API security
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and containerization with Docker preferred.
- Hands on experience with Agentic AI SDLC with spec-driven development a plus
Engineering Practices
- Strong command of object-oriented design, clean code, and refactoring
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and mocking frameworks
- Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures; Kafka or other messaging technologies are a plus
- Experience working in agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Knowledge of performance tuning, high-volume transaction processing, and distributed systems
Professional Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear, structured communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Technical Leadership:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technology leadership, shaping solution design and improving engineering practices across teams:
- Advance modern engineering practices, including API-first design, cloud-native patterns, automation, and technical debt reduction
