Position Overview
A well-established pediatric practice in Charlotte, NC is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Neurologist – General to join its growing Pediatrics team. This is a high-need, full-time opportunity for a physician interested in providing comprehensive neurological care to pediatric patients in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents with general neurologic conditions
- Manage conditions including seizures, epilepsy, headaches, developmental delays, ADHD, neuromuscular disorders, and other pediatric neurologic concerns
- Provide outpatient consultation and follow-up care
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians, neurologists, therapists, and other specialists
- Participate in quality improvement and multidisciplinary care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completed Pediatric Neurology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology
- Active or eligible North Carolina medical license
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
