  • Drive consistency and simplification across sourcing, contracting, onboarding, monitoring, and risk management activities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to balance risk management expectations with business objectives and operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

  • Develop and track key performance indicators, service levels, program metrics, capacity measures, quality indicators, and operational health metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce handoffs and cycle times, leverage automation, and improve user experiences.
  • Support implementation and optimization of technology platforms, workflow tools, and digital capabilities supporting TPM, ensuring solutions are operationally scalable and effective for global teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance effectiveness, compliance, productivity, and operational scalability.
  • Build disciplined performance-management routines that translate data and trends into clear operational priorities and corrective actions.
