Description
• Develop and coordinate the GTM strategy and launch plans for each sales organization, tailoring the approach to different teams, customer segments, and use cases.
• Help define and embed the new customer engagement and selling approach enabled by Amplitude, including how sellers identify customer needs, develop solutions, leverage data and audiences, and demonstrate value beyond individual inventory assets.
• Own the Amplitude enablement roadmap, including positioning, messaging, sales plays, use cases, tools, resources, and ongoing field support.
• Design and coordinate the training program, with a focus on both product knowledge and the skills required to sell in a more consultative, solutions-oriented way.
• Lead the change management and adoption strategy, helping teams understand how Amplitude changes their roles, workflows, customer conversations, and ways of working.
• Identify organizational impacts, readiness requirements, dependencies, and adoption barriers, and develop plans to address them.
• Serve as a cross-functional connector, ensuring product, process, technology, operational, and sales requirements are aligned and incorporated into the launch and enablement plan.
• Translate complex product, data, measurement, and technology capabilities into simple, compelling customer stories and practical seller tools.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify opportunities to shift customer conversations from “what inventory do we have?” to “what business problem are we solving?”
• Establish feedback loops with sellers, sales leaders, customers, and functional teams to continuously refine the product, sales approach, and enablement program.
• Track readiness, adoption, and effectiveness metrics and provide visibility into progress, risks, and areas requiring additional focus.
