What You Will Do

• Analyze end-to-end warehouse workflows, operational data, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct workload, manpower, and capacity analysis to optimize resource utilization and support current and future warehouse operational requirements.
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives using industrial engineering (IE) principles, process mapping, root cause analysis, and other structured problem-solving techniques.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, productivity metrics, and performance analyses to monitor results, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and sustain process improvements.
• Document and standardize workflows, work methods, and best practices to improve operational consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented improvements against established performance measures and recommend further actions to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications You Must Have

 

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and recommend practical solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present information effectively.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with frontline teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

 

Qualifications We Prefer

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, process improvement, or a related field.
• Familiarity with industrial engineering and continuous improvement tools, such as process mapping, time-and-motion studies, root cause analysis, 5S, Lean, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience conducting productivity, workload, manpower, or capacity analysis.
• Exposure to SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting process improvement projects and presenting findings or recommendations to stakeholders.
