“I can succeed as a Human Resources Sr. Analyst at Capital Group.”
As a Human Resources Sr. Analyst for our global technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and helping to drive our People strategy to align with the organization’s strategic business goals. This role is part of Capital Group’s HR Solutions organization, a centralized shared services team that partners closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and business leaders to deliver consistent, scalable, and high-impact HR support. As a member of this team, you will help translate enterprise HR priorities into practical business actions while balancing strong business partnership with a shared-services mindset focused on standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
You will support the design of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics, including Performance and Change Management, Talent Development and Hiring, Total Rewards, Associate Engagement and Team Effectiveness, Organizational Design, and Culture and Inclusion.
In collaboration with HR Business Partners for your designated business groups, you will provide valuable guidance and business insights to help leaders make informed talent decisions. You will support large-scale rollouts and projects that directly impact the people component of our business strategy. Every day, you will contribute to our long-term people strategy by partnering with the HR team and technology leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop future talent, and strengthen our organization.
You will lead and drive our cyclical talent processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize these efforts. You will also act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and business leaders by translating data into actionable insights, identifying process improvements, and helping the organization adopt new programs and ways of working. A key aspect of the role is recognizing repeatable work, simplifying complex processes, and helping scale solutions through standardization, automation, self-service, playbooks, templates, and improved operating practices.
Success in this role requires balancing business context and relationship management with an enterprise mindset. You will continuously look for opportunities to improve how work gets done, reduce unnecessary complexity, create consistency across teams, and enhance the overall associate and manager experience.
