  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to maintenance technicians while supporting their development and success.
  • Monitor work order completion, prioritize maintenance requests, and maintain accurate documentation within the CMMS system.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety programs, identifying hazards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Inspect and maintain facility infrastructure, building systems, tools, and equipment to support a safe and efficient operation.

YOU ARE

  • A hands-on technical leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others while leading by example.
  • A strong problem solver with the ability to diagnose issues, evaluate solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • An effective communicator who can collaborate across departments and provide clear directions to teammates.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Committed to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in everything you do.

YOU HAVE

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Additional training in the maintenance trades, formal apprenticeship, or on-the-job training preferred, in the areas of mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic and HVAC systems.
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution centre environment.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Additional training in the maintenance trades, formal apprenticeship, or on-the-job training preferred, in the areas of mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic and HVAC systems.
