Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to branch visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Execute over-the-counter financial transactions, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals, with high accuracy.
• Identify customer needs and introduce relevant consumer banking products and services.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational risk procedures.
• Support daily branch administrative duties and maintain a professional service environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail operations, or the financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with consumer banking products and operational compliance standards.
