What will you be doing?
As Armada Music’s new Research & Insights Manager, you will provide the insights that drive business decisions and support the growth of our artists and catalogue. With a highly analytical and inquisitive mindset, you will work closely with our Marketing, A&R and other internal teams to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Strong data literacy is essential for this role. We are looking for someone who not only understands data analytics at a deep level, but can also communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You will transform raw data into valuable insights that help shape business strategy, optimise performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Among other challenges, you will:
Develop reporting that measure release performance and support data-driven decision-making;
Create and enhance dashboards and reports, improving performance and functionality;
Conduct in-depth analyses that uncover actionable insights and strategic opportunities;
Identify and evaluate new data sources, methodologies and technologies, including machine learning;
Act as the company’s subject matter expert on analytics, insights and industry developments;
Proactively leverage data to improve business performance and identify growth opportunities.
