Why Consider This?

Odessa sits at the heart of the Permian Basin, an oil town with tons of business growth and a great cost of living. Texas has no state income tax, so more of what you earn stays with you. Outside of work you will find outdoor activities and experiences throughout the region, with Austin about 5 hours away when you want a bigger-city getaway. Midland International Airport keeps you connected for travel. This is a strong fit for a periodontist who wants long-term stability, a quality-first culture, and a real path toward ownership.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Texas dental license.
