How You Will Make an Impact:

• Assist the Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, as part of the customer team, to enable them to spend more time with customer.

• Advise customers in daily banking matters

• Establishing and maintaining Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance Policy procedures in a customer relationship

• Prepare service offers, legal documentation, correspondence, etc.

• Compile all kind of information about existing and potential customers; maintain updated information in customer files and databases.

• Prepare standard credit memo forms, ensure smooth disbursement process.

• Support planning and execution of customers meetings with present and potential customers in cooperation with the Relationship Managers to increase profitability and growth.

• Develop relations with company representatives to handle daily customer contacts, assignments and needs with high quality and efficiency.

• Handle customers or other parties’ requests in case Relationship Manager is absent

What Makes You a Great Fit:

•  Previous experience in customer support, relationship management, banking operations, or a similar client-facing role.

• Understanding of corporate banking products, services, and customer servicing processes.

• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with clients and internal stakeholders

• Fluent Latvian and advanced English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
