Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and other drinks to high standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards behind the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the bar is properly prepared for service.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
